Due to the custom design and made-to-order process involving digital design and machine crafting, and quality-checked prior to shipment, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

• Dissatisfaction with style or size
• Minor imperfections due to the design nature

Order Issues

If there is a serious issue with your order (e.g., product arrived damaged), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
